Privacy policy

How we handle personal information you share with us through this website.

Who we are

This website (www.procyber.co.za) is operated by Procyber Solutions (“ProCyber”, “we”, “us”), 1054 Rover Road, Constantia Park, Pretoria, 0081, South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to provide: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in and your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the website, protect it from abuse (including rate limiting of form submissions) and keep aggregated logs. If a Cloudflare Turnstile check is shown on our form, Cloudflare processes browser information to distinguish people from automated traffic.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and provide the services you request. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox using Microsoft 365. Our service providers, including Cloudflare and Microsoft, process information on our behalf. Some providers may process data outside South Africa, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by POPIA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing. Contact us at info@procyber.co.za or 012 881 0269. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
